2025 BMW M4 CS – Full Satin PPF Installation

Before installation began, the vehicle underwent a full decontamination and preparation process to ensure the surface was perfectly clean and ready for PPF application. Due to the factory frozen finish, extra care was required throughout the preparation stage, as matte and frozen paints cannot be machine polished in the same way as gloss paintwork without permanently altering the finish.

For the exterior, we installed premium stealth satin paint protection film using a combination of precision plotting and bulk fitting techniques. Bulk fitting was especially important on the more aggressive areas of the M4 CS, allowing us to minimise joins and create a more seamless OEM-style finish across the complex body lines and sharp rear quarter contours.

One of the biggest challenges on this installation was maintaining complete consistency in the satin finish across every panel while wrapping around intricate edges, vents and carbon aerodynamic components. Areas such as the rear bumper, front bumper intakes and sculpted side sections required extensive stretching, relief techniques and careful edge finishing to achieve a flawless result without tension marks or visible lift points.

To preserve the factory appearance of the exposed carbon fibre, gloss PPF was selectively applied to the carbon roof, front splitter, side skirts, spoiler and diffuser. This allowed the carbon weave and gloss depth to remain fully visible while still benefiting from impact protection.

Inside the vehicle, gloss PPF was carefully installed to the carbon bucket seats, dashboard trims and centre console. These interior carbon components are particularly vulnerable to scratching and wear, so each section was hand-finished and precision-fitted to maintain full protection without affecting the appearance or feel of the cabin.

The completed result is a fully protected M4 CS with an incredibly refined satin finish, enhanced carbon contrast and OEM-level detailing throughout.

The finished result completely transformed the appearance of this 2025 BMW M4 CS while preserving everything that makes the car so special from factory. The stealth satin PPF gave the Frozen Isle of Man Green an even deeper and more aggressive look, enhancing the sharp body lines and muscular proportions of the car under all lighting conditions.

The contrast created between the satin bodywork and the gloss carbon fibre components gave the vehicle a true OEM+ finish, with the exposed carbon areas retaining their depth, clarity and visual texture exactly as intended by BMW. Inside the cabin, the protected carbon bucket seats, dashboard and centre console now have the same level of long-term protection as the exterior, helping preserve the condition of the interior for years to come.

Most importantly, the owner now has complete peace of mind knowing the vehicle is fully protected against stone chips, road rash, scratches and everyday wear without compromising the appearance of the car. Seeing the transformation from start to finish, the customer was blown away by the final result and the level of detail throughout the installation, describing the car as looking even better than it did when collected brand new.
